Responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to the evening shift nursing staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care to our residents Conduct regular rounds to ensure that nursing care is being delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the evening shift Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication administration records and incident reports Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve the delivery of care Requirements: Current Florida RN or LPN unrestricted license Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory position in a skilled nursing home facility Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and caring approach to patient care To learn more and apply for this dynamic role, please click the "Apply" button.
