Care teams are responsible for delivering excellent and compassionate primary care and coordinating the care of our members with the broader healthcare delivery system. The Medical Assistant (MA) plays a critical role in supporting the PCP day-to-day and ensuring efficiency in the care provided to patients. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and conduct accurate, legal, and ethical documentation at all times. Provide health coaching to a defined group of patients to support healthy lifestyle choices; follows up with coached patients via weekly calls.
