Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations, including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) standards. Participate in audits, surveys, and quality assurance activities. Report incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences according to facility policy. Rehabilitation Support Collaborate with rehabilitation therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote resident recovery and functional improvement. Monitor residents participating in rehabilitation programs and encourage progression toward goals. Leadership and Team Collaboration Coordinate nursing assignments and staffing needs during assigned shifts. Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and interdisciplinary meetings. Assist with orientation and training of new nursing personnel. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
