185531 Job Description Manages, schedules, assigns daily duties, and assesses the general performance of the clinical staff in the department. Performs a variety of functions and technical procedures necessary for the admission of patients, utilizing the Nursing processes of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and outcome evaluation. Also identify at least one potential successor to the Nurse Manager role. Completes appropriate management conferences. Oversees medication management, administration, procurement (from hospital and VFC) and storage. Performs related duties as required.
