RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR: Administrating treatments and documentation Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs. Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis. Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing-related needs. All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
