Summary The Advanced Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant provides comprehensive clinical care across outpatient, transitional, and inpatient settings within the Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation Program at Texas Heart Institute / Baylor College of Medicine.
