Requirements Skills & Requirements Valid Registered Nurse license in New York State. Bachelors in Nursing is strongly preferred. A minimum of four years experience as a Nursing Manager/Supervisor and/or Charge Nurse in long term care setting/sub-acute settings is required . Responsibilities: Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions. Monitor and record residents’ vitals and overall health status. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Provide wound care and assist with bedsores. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed. Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care. Track and report residents’ food and fluid intake/output. Requirements: Active and valid LPN license.
