Job Summary The Clinical Nurse II is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Additionally, this role is responsible for obtaining and maintaining competency in advanced scope of practice skills which include intubation, umbilical line placement, intraosseous insertion, needle thoracentesis, and resuscitation under the direction of the Transport Medical Director, Transport Clinical Director and Transport Clinical Manager. Pay Range Minimum $56.96 Midpoint $74.05 Maximum $91.14 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements. Experience * Required: Minimum three (3) years of critical care nursing experience in either NICU, PICU, Transport Team, or CVICU. One (1) year of experience in a pediatric setting. * Preferred: Five (5) years of critical care nursing experience in a pediatric inpatient hospital. Transport Team experience highly preferred. Education * Required: Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) within 2 years of hire.
