Full Time Days The Simulation Educator (RN) is responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of simulation-based education supporting workforce development, graduate medical education, clinical competency, and patient safety initiatives across Riverside Health. Working in collaboration with the RSTL Medical Director and interdisciplinary stakeholders, this role advances the Riverside Simulation Training Lab (RSTL) as an enterprise clinical education resource through standardized curriculum development, simulation facilitation, structured debriefing, learner assessment, and continuous program improvement aligned with national healthcare simulation standards. The Simulation Educator functions with a high degree of professional autonomy and serves as a subject matter expert in simulation-based learning across the continuum of care.
