Job Summary We are looking for RNs with peds CVICU experience for this role. This is 1 night shift (9pm-5:30am) per week. The Breaker Nurse AC is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborate with patient/family and other professional disciplines. Create a partnership to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery for the achievement of mutually desired patient outcomes. Support the organization’s vision and mission. Pay Range Minimum $73.44 Midpoint $75.48 Maximum $77.52 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements. Experience • Required: Minimum one (1) year acute care nursing experience with six (6) months in a pediatric setting. • Preferred: Over one ( 1) year acute care nursing in a pediatric inpatient hospital. Education • Required: Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) (effective on all offers made after November 1, 2015). Training • Required: None required. • Preferred: Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN).
