Job Summary: Kaiser Permanente nurses are guided by an integrated nursing model that places patients and families in the center. In this role you will primarily be creating and managing individual client's care plans in their home or community. We are seeking a Registered Nurse who has a compassionate heart, excellent customer service and focus, and strong clinical knowledge and skills. You are able to observe and communicate effectively in your client's best interest, and can develop and maintain care plans that meet their specific and unique needs.
