The instructor also evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of students and designs instructional strategies to address their needs. Additionally, the LPN Instructor may create and maintain a learning environment conducive to the success of their students. The instructor must cultivate a professional relationship with students and maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline and respect in the classroom. Other tasks may be assigned such as developing curriculum and relevancy assessment for their programs. Requirements : - Minimum of a Masters degree in nursing ( BSN and enrolled in a MSN program may be accepted) - Current state license in good standing (NY). -A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a classroom setting. -A minimum of 5 years work experience as a Registered Nurse. -Excellent communication and instructional skills.
