Reports unsafe conditions to the appropriate RN Case Manager, clinical supervisor, and physician, as appropriate. Implements the plan for patient safety, using the patient, family, and community resources. Assists the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques while delivering quality patient care. What is Required? Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, or Associate School of Nursing.
