Successful completion of the NCLEX-PN (National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses). Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards. Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience working in a clinical setting with diverse cultural dynamics among staff and patients. Proven ability to manage sensitive information ethically and responsibly. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
