Provide guidance and support to Resident Care Assistants and Resident Care Supervisors. Assist with evaluating prospective residents as part of the admission process. Identify safety concerns and initiate appropriate corrective action. Serve as a liaison between residents, families, care staff, administration, and healthcare providers. Promote quality, person-centered care while supporting residents' independence and dignity. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Wellness Director. What We're Looking For Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
