Safely administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments while monitoring for adverse reactions, and ensure all providers orders are followed for patient treatment. Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding health, treatments, and self-care. Document all aspects of patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing care standards. Adheres to regulatory standards and ACH policies, maintains a safe and clean environment, and reports safety concerns as appropriate. Works collaboratively as a member of the patient care team, engages in ongoing education and professional development, and performs additional duties to support efficient operations and quality patient care.
