Responsibilities: Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions. Monitor and record residents’ vitals and overall health status. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Provide wound care and assist with bedsores. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
