Responsibilities: Gather and document essential information for new resident admissions. Monitor and record residents’ vitals and overall health status. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Provide wound care and assist with bedsores. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed. Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily care. Track and report residents’ food and fluid intake/output. Requirements: Active and valid LPN license.
