Position Summary: Provides high quality nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with nursing standards of care and practice under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Education, License & Cert: LPN - Must be licensed in the state of Practice Experience: For those that will be working in PA, the individual must have completed the IV therapy curriculum requirements as noted in the Pennsylvania Code, Section 21.203. If not completed at the time of hire, the individual must complete a Board‐approved, LPN IV Therapy Education Program prior to independently practicing IV therapy.
