Attends and participates in interdisciplinary resident care conferences as requested. 12. Assists the attending physician with rounds and special procedures as needed. 13. Participates in the yearly written evaluations of nursing assistants and documents accurately their strengths, weaknesses and the steps that need to be taken to improve their performance. 14. Assists Staff Development with orientation and on-the-job training for new nursing personnel as needed. 15.
