Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with maintaining current Individual Service Plans (ISPs), Comprehensive Evaluations, and resident records. Assist with maintaining current physician orders and resident services for all Assisted Living residents. Maintain service tracker needs within the EHR system. Assist with record keeping for facility in-service education and orientation classes for newly hired personnel. Support monthly Assisted Living staff scheduling and coordinate staffing requests to ensure appropriate unit coverage. Consult with the AL Director and supervisors regarding staffing and scheduling needs to reduce or eliminate coverage concerns. Track and maintain nursing staff attendance and timekeeping records.
