Current LPN state license and registration with the State Board of Practical Nursing in practicing state. Current BCLS certification required within 3 months of hire. Level 2 (in addition to level 1 requirements) This position requires at least 3 years experience as a practical nurse. Level Sr (in addition to level 1 and 2 requirements) Requires a minimum of five years experience as a practical nurse in a hospital or clinic setting.
