Overview Clinical Supervisor - Stony Brook Surgical Associates, UFPC Location: Lake Grove, NY Schedule: Full Time Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm Pay: $42.47 - $53.04 Our compensation philosophy aims to provide marketable compensation programs and to compensate employees based on relevant experience and education. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents Stony Brook CPMP’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting Responsibilities SUMMARY: To provide leadership to a clinical team with a specific focus on the Pediatric population. Supervise, coordinate and oversee activities of the clinic and clinical team members to ensure compassionate, effective and efficient delivery of high quality clinical care for patients. Will set work schedules, coordinate meetings, and make personnel decisions. Will help to recruit and train nurses and other health care professionals and maintain training documents. Job Duties & Essential Functions: Coordinate and supervise the activities of clinical team members engaged in clinical care for patients under the supervision of a Physician or provider for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease Monitor daily performance of clinical team members to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently and timely Organize and assign duties and tasks to clinical team members. Assist medical assistants, nurses and providers with maintaining patient flow to ensure patients are seen timely and efficiently Establish clinical team member work schedules monthly and request Floater(s) from Clinical Service leaders as needed Evaluate performance of clinical team members in conjunction with office manager and conduct verbal and written performance evaluations after 90 days and annually as needed and i mplement or recommend disciplinary action as needed in conjunction with Practice Manager and Human Resources department. Document all disciplinary action. Triage patient phone calls and troubleshoot medication management issues. Provide in-service education to members of the interdisciplinary team within the Department. Participate in Quality Assurance activities within the Department. Maintain excellent communication and effective working relationships with patients, providers, clinical and clerical team members Implement or recommend disciplinary action as needed in conjunction with Practice Manager and Human Resources department. Document all disciplinary action. Serve as a back-up for clinical team members as needed by working as a provider’s primary nurse or assistant due to staffing needs including vacations, illnesses, lunches, etc. Attend periodic training sessions and meetings pertinent to position. Perform all other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Required Education & Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Nursing (New York State BSN in 10 Law - Must attain Bachelor’s in Nursing or higher within 10 years of initial licensure. Current RNs, as well as those currently enrolled or pending acceptance into a program preparing registered nurses effective date of this act (which is Dec. 19, 2017) are grandfathered in.) Current registration to practice as a Licensed Registered Nurse in New York State. One (1) year post licensure nursing experience. Previous supervisory experience. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required. Must have excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. 2 years of nursing experience Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Nurse Manager I

Overview In accordance with the mission, vision, and values of the EVMS Medical Group and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Hofheimer Hall (HH) Generalist Nurse Manager functions under the direction of the Director of Nursing and in collaboration with the Generalist Division Director, HH Generalist Practice Manager, and Department Administrator to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for the Generalist Obstetrics and Gynecology practice. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing clinical workflows, staffing, and regulatory compliance. This position provides direct leadership and supervision to the clinical team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
