As Assistant Nurse Manager, you will support the nurse manager by providing clinical supervision and unit coordination. A caregiver in this position works nights from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with weekend and holiday rotation requirements based off of clinic needs. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Manage the day-to-day operations of ambulatory procedural settings caring for hospitalized patients. Oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers in procedural settings to ensure quality of care. Anticipate and resolve patient care issues. Ensure continuity of patient care by actively participating in and facilitating communication and collaboration among and between department staff and other departments re: operational issues. Northwest HealthCare , six miles west of Christian, offers 24- hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center and a variety of outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.
