Collaborates proactively with the attending physician and interdisciplinary team to develop and refine patient care plans. Seeks physician consultation and guidance for clinical decisions that extend beyond the PA-C scope of practice or knowledge base, ensuring optimal patient safety and outcomes. (10%) Institutes emergency measures, treatment, and appropriate stabilization for acute patient situations, such as cardiac arrest, hemorrhage, or shock.
