Responsibilities: Perform thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for elderly patients in nursing homes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care. Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to patients and their families. Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Actively participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New Jersey with a specialization in Psychiatry (PMHNP). Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload of patients. Possess strong diagnostic skills and extensive knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment modalities. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Collects comprehensive patient health data/history including past and present medical, surgical, family and social history. Conducts clinical rounds on F-Green, Labor & Delivery, Outpatient Pediatrics and OB/GYN units. Monitors intended and potential side effects of medications and treatments ordered and will offer appropriate, accepted interventions. Provides monitoring and continuity of care between departments/services; collaborates with Clinical Care Coordinators, Patient Navigators, and medical staff to coordinate continuity of care. Advanced Practice Nurse, Neonatal FICN

Responsibilities The primary purpose of the Advanced Practice Nurse position is to participate under the administrative, clinical direction and leadership of the Director of the Neonatology Program and in collaborative relationship in the (Mother-Baby Unit), Neonatal Intensive Care Units (FICN and FIN Nurseries), Labor and Delivery areas with the other healthcare providers. Interacts collaboratively with the nurses and other multidisciplinary team members. Duties are to provide primary care for the high-risk newborn infants in these locations in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures of the hospital and the New Jersey State Advanced Nurse Practice Act.
