Our philosophy is that caring for patients with complex pain and addiction requires a team. Rather than replacing the patient's existing care team, Synergy works alongside outpatient clinicians, helping them develop the clinical tools, practical strategies, and confidence needed to navigate challenging situations and provide thoughtful, evidence-based care. Synergy serves patients across the lifespan, from pediatric through geriatric populations. We value a multimodal and individualized approach to care, incorporating pharmacologic, behavioral, rehabilitative, and complementary treatment strategies when appropriate. Key Highlights: We are looking for an APP who is collaborative, curious, flexible, and comfortable caring for patients whose needs may not fit neatly into traditional clinical categories.
