Schedule: 4, 10-hour days, with one of the days being Saturday. Saturdays are no more than 8 hours. The team cares for a wide variety of critically ill patients, including those with advanced lung failure, shock, sepsis, multiorgan dysfunction, and acute GI or oncologic emergencies. M edical ICU Responsibilities: Manage the care of critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions. Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate closely with intensivists and the interprofessional team.
