A formal shadowing/training period of 3 to 6 months will be provided to providers without prior pulmonary experience Inpatient The APP will work alongside the attending physician on the pulmonary service at our community hospital. Establishing appropriate medical diagnoses, ordering tests, and recommending treatment. Collaborating with all involved care teams, including other consultants.
