Perform procedures and interventions as appropriate within the scope of practice and in accordance with institutional protocols and guidelines. Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. Qualifications Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program. Certification as a Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (PNP-AC) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) preferred. Preferred minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric cardiac intensive care, pediatric intensive care, or a related specialty. Focal and generalized dystonia (cervical, blepharospasm), Atypical parkinsonian syndromes (MSA, PSP, CBD, DLB), Huntington disease and other choreas, Restless legs syndrome and periodic limb movement disorder Tics and Tourette syndrome, Functional (psychogenic) movement disorders, Mixed pathology with AD. Performing DBS titration Collaborating with physician and staff as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff. Displaying a caring and professional attitude at all times as well as maintaining personal and professional growth Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, patients, and the public.
