Nurse Practitioner - Missouri

$55 - $70 / hour
Nurse Practitioner Integrated Women’s Care (IWC) Employment Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation: $55 - $70 / hour, based on geographic location Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager Work Location: Remote — work must be completed within the United States Schedule: Between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, patient local timezone You built your career caring for women at a time when the healthcare system largely ignored them. You know HRT, you understand the complexity of perimenopause, and you’ve spent years earning the clinical instincts it takes to actually get this right. Now you want to do it at scale — for more patients, with fewer barriers, and in a practice model that matches how you already think and work. That’s what Midi is. A fully virtual, fast-paced clinical environment built specifically around women’s midlife health — and designed for NPs who are ready to practice at their best. THE ROLE You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day. It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it. If you’re the kind of clinician who runs efficient visits without sacrificing warmth, closes every loop without being reminded, and moves comfortably between patients and platforms, you’ll feel at home here. WHO THRIVES HERE Our most successful NPs tend to share a few things in common: They are genuinely passionate about women’s midlife health — this isn’t a stopover, it’s their calling They are fluent with technology — EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, clinical decision support — and they adapt quickly when tools change They hold themselves to a high standard without needing to be managed toward it They can carry a full panel, hit productivity targets, and still make every patient feel like the only one They’ve practiced independently long enough to trust their own clinical judgment They believe that listening deeply and documenting accurately are both forms of excellent care MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred) Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine WHY MIDI A patient population that is engaged, informed, and deeply grateful for real care Full clinical autonomy within a supportive, protocol-driven framework Fully remote with scheduling between 7am–7pm patient local time Desirable benefits package Accredited training eligible for Continuing Education (CE) Clinician Professional Development Allowance Paid time off A team that takes women’s health as seriously as you do WORKING ENVIRONMENT This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation. To support patient access and business needs, occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be required. At this time, Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship. All Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs. Midi Health

Nurse Practitioner - Oklahoma (OK) License (Full Time)

$55 - $70 / hour
Nurse Practitioner Integrated Women’s Care (IWC) Employment Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation: $55 - $70 / hour, based on geographic location Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager Work Location: Remote — must live in the state of Oklahoma; work must be completed within the United States Schedule: Between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, patient local timezone You built your career caring for women at a time when the healthcare system largely ignored them. WHO THRIVES HERE Our most successful NPs tend to share a few things in common: They are genuinely passionate about women’s midlife health — this isn’t a stopover, it’s their calling They are fluent with technology — EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, clinical decision support — and they adapt quickly when tools change They hold themselves to a high standard without needing to be managed toward it They can carry a full panel, hit productivity targets, and still make every patient feel like the only one They’ve practiced independently long enough to trust their own clinical judgment They believe that listening deeply and documenting accurately are both forms of excellent care MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must live in the state of Oklahoma Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred) Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine WHY MIDI A patient population that is engaged, informed, and deeply grateful for real care Full clinical autonomy within a supportive, protocol-driven framework Fully remote with scheduling between 7am–7pm patient local time Desirable benefits package Accredited training eligible for Continuing Education (CE) Clinician Professional Development Allowance Paid time off A team that takes women’s health as seriously as you do WORKING ENVIRONMENT This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. Perform acute symptom TOC / virtual urgent care visits. These are visits focused on addressing a patient’s acute need or new symptom. During these visits, NPs will be required to diagnose and manage the patient, and ensure they receive the appropriate level of care. Participate in interdisciplinary TOC rounds. This is an interdisciplinary meeting to discuss patients who are at highest risk of readmission. Work in an interdisciplinary fashion with RNs, LPNs, and clinical coordinators. Assist with the clinical education of the overall team.
