Essential Job Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to patients presenting with urgent and non-emergent conditions. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of illnesses and injuries in patients of all ages. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as indicated. Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely medical records for all patient encounters. Ensure the consistency, quality, and safety of all clinical services provided within OSF OnCall Urgent Care. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated patient care. Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive health measures. Deliver a personalized, patient-centric experience consistent with OSF HealthCare’s Mission and Values. This is a float position - APP will be expected to travel to any clinic within the OCUC platform. Mileage and travel time is reimbursed.
