Summary GENERAL SUMMARY The Office Nurse Practitioner works under supervision and clinical guidance of the practice physician(s). Engages in the practices constituting the practice of medicine in collaboration with and under the medical direction and supervision of a licensed physician. Reports to supervising physician(s) and designated manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services to support the medical practice with effective utilization of healthcare resources. Demonstrates excellence in practice characterized by quality patient care and participation in formal and informal patient and staff education. Performs other duties as assigned. LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS Current State license as an APRN with specialization in Family or Pediatrics. Current CPR certification required. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Must provide record of a completed diploma (or equivalent) or academic transcript for those areas performing complexity testing. Meets and maintains state licensure, certification and/or educational requirements as a Nurse Practitioner. 3 - 5 years of pediatric experience preferred. Advanced professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice. Execution of Non-Competition, Confidentiality, and Non-Solicitation Agreement for CMG (Children’s Medical Group, Inc.) required. WORKING CONDITIONS Normal patient care environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Frequent exposure to communicable disease and moderately adverse working conditions due to performance of certain patient care activities. Monogram Health is a leading multispecialty provider of in-home, evidence-based care and benefit management services for the most complex of patients who have multiple chronic conditions Your Impact As a Travel APP, you will be responsible for the delivery of personalized and compassionate care to patients primarily with CKD through ESRD. This specific position will travel throughout the respective geography, connecting with patients and delivering high impact clinical care. Primary duties include patient health assessment, creating strategies to improve or manage a patient's health, and introducing habits for health promotion. In part of completing this care for patients, your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate patient records, scheduling, and administering follow-up appointments to patients. The position will roughly 4 days a week driving to patient homes, and 1 day working telehealth from the APPs home. What You Will Do: Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week Manage products and supplies responsibly Keep accurate and timely client records Follow Pinch protocols and best practices Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business What We Are Looking For: Required: Active APRN license Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more We are actively recruiting for our Founding Cohort of Providers in Washington DC to help us launch this market!
