Location: 10500 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, OH 45242 Work Schedule Full Time Nights - (72 hours bi-weekly) 7:00pm - 7:30am Every 3rd weekend rotation Holiday rotation The 8300 Medical-Surgical Oncology Unit at TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital is a 44-bed unit that cares for a diverse patient population with medical-surgical needs including cardiothoracic, abdominal, vascular, gastrointestinal, women’s health, surgeries and surgical oncology patients. Our unit provides a supportive learning environment for both new graduates and experienced nurses, offering the chance to master advanced clinical skills, such as the care of cardiothoracic surgical patients, chest tubes, and patients undergoing oncology or vascular treatments . Nurses on this unit develop significant expertise in cancer care, surgical oncology, and managing complex conditions related to acute and chronic vascular diseases. In addition to handling advanced medical equipment and tools essential for cancer treatment, the 8300 team is committed to continuous professional growth. The unit also cares for acute care surgery, thoracic, gynecology/oncology, vascular and colorectal patients. Most of the patients at 9CCP are cared for under the direction of a surgeon. Most patients are admitted from PACU, ICU, ER or directly from their home.
