Required Skills: Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Completion of a Scrub Technician Program required. Certification is preferred. 2+ years experience as a Surgical Scrub Tech in multiple specialties. Need experience in ortho, total joints, urology, GYN, and GI procedures. Able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Other skills and abilities: General familiarity with medical terminology as it pertains to anatomy and surgical procedures for an operating room.
