Represent Pinch where you live — building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community. Build your own book of clients — treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community. What You'll Do Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards. Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars. Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week. Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals. What You Will Do: Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week Manage products and supplies responsibly Keep accurate and timely client records Follow Pinch protocols and best practices Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business What We Are Looking For: Required: Active APRN license in Minnesota, full practice authority preferred Required: Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more We are actively recruiting for our Founding Cohort of Providers in Minnesota to help us launch this market!
