This detox unit, featuring 16 private rooms in a calming setting, is the only type of medical detoxification unit with the ability to simultaneously manage SUD while treating new or underlying medical conditions. Physicians, advanced practitioners, registered nurses, patient care assistants and dietitians work side by side to treat medical issues or co-existing disorders that could be exacerbated during withdrawal. Providing 24 hour medical supervision, we can safely and comfortably manage the detoxification process from alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines and other substances while effectively managing medical conditions. Occasionally lift, carry and push objects up to 75 lbs. Transports patients weighing up to 500 lbs. via wheelchair, bed and/or stretcher. Frequently stoop and bend.
