Our Company Amerita Overview The Regional Director of Nursing is responsible for daily and strategic management of those branches within his/her designated region. Oversees the on-call schedule for their region Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) and clinical outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement Supports sales staff in growing new business by accompanying them on sales calls to discuss clinical services and programs, contributes to the development of marketing tools and programs, marketing documentation, and clinical programs.
