Location: Acute Care Hospital Tower Shift- 12hr Days (7am-7pm) Work Hours: This program is a 7 day a week service, rotating every other weekend and rotating holidays Employment Type: Full Time Hospital at Home is an innovative program that combines in-home with remote monitoring, offering patients timely, hospital-level care in their homes. Though the list of diagnoses enrolled in Hospital at Home continues to expand, common disease states include acute pneumonia, cellulitis, COVID-19, urinary tract infection, dehydration, or exacerbations of chronic conditions, such as heart failure or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs) Bachelor of Science in Nursing as granted by an accredited school of nursing preferred. 1 year of previous experience as a RN in a home health or acute care setting.
