Primary diagnoses served include, but are not limited to, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, quadriplegia, Multiple Sclerosis, traumatic brain injury and spina bifida. Each resident and his or her family are active participants in the development of a care plan. JOB SUMMARY Promotes and restores residents' health by completing the nursing process. Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Provides physical and psychological support to residents\ and families. Delegates and evaluate care rendered by LPNs and CNAs to meet resident care needs. QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM ) EDUCATION: A graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and possess a current active license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. BSN preferred. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Two years' experience as a professional nurse in nursing practice or previous community health and/or Hospice care as a professional nurse. WORK SCHEDULE/LOCATIONS: FULL-TIME- Day Shift, PART-TIME - Weekend Afterhours.
