Collects and organizes the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and the Destruction of Medication Log upon client discharge as submitted by Nurses. Functions as the lead nurse on assigned shift. Provides oversight of staff assignments and/or direction of duties, tasks or projects and staffing performance.
