Duties: Provide comprehensive primary care to women in an outpatient setting, including gynecologic care and coordination of disease management. Monitor patient treatment adherence, maintain dysplasia registries, and manage relevant clinical data. Conduct in-person and telephone triage, determining appropriate care settings (ER, clinic, home). Prescribe and communicate treatment plans based on established protocols; provide patient teaching. Set up and assist with procedures; operate specialized equipment (colposcope, EKG units, oxygen analyzers, nebulizers, etc.). Facilitate specialty referrals and ensure appropriate follow-up. Promote evidence-based education to support self-care, adherence, and optimal health outcomes. Identify, collect, interpret, and report outcome data per Air Force/DoD guidelines. Train healthcare team members on WH-specific guidelines, protocols, and management processes. Provide cross-coverage in Pediatrics or Family Health if needed due to staffing shortages.
