Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary As part of a multidisciplinary team, this clinical nurse coordinator position is within the Aging and Dementia Division of Neurology, providing advanced, high-quality care to individuals affected with Alzheimer Disease with a focus on emerging amyloid immunotherapy. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: This position consists of ~50% clinical support and 50% in-office phone support with variable work schedule. Clinical support consists of collaboration with the provider and care team members in the facilitation of patient care on an outpatient setting, providing order and prescription entry into the EMR, patient education on new medications/therapy management and disease monitoring, as well as the facilitation of patient resources.
