QUALIFICATIONS Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Residence, experience in IV therapy. - Valid OCN Certification is required. - The ability to assess patient needs and condition. - Strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Current CPR certification. BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within first 30 days). Fluency in the English language excellent oral and written communication skills. - Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is preferred. - Valid drivers license for travel to clinics.
