Records relevant data on the nursing component of the Interdisciplinary Admission Assessment. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through completion of a two year training at an accredited School of Nursing. BLS certification and de-escalation training ACLS (ICU, Float pool, Emergency Dept) TCAR Certification (SICU, PACU) For Emergency Dept: PALS, TNCC (within first year) Behavioral health RNs: CPI and BERT training within the first 6 months. *BLS, ACLS, PALS must be through AHA* Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with patients and their families that demonstrate recognition of cultural diversity Practice reflects customer service excellence.
