The Assistant Director works with the Director in the coordinating and directing of staff and patient care activities for the promotion of quality patient care. The Assistant Director is responsible for the CQI activities of the unit and for ensuring all staff members attend required inservice education programs. Has full access to patient health information. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in North Carolina Staff Nurse experience required.
