Reporting to the Administrator of the young adult center, the Chief Nursing Officer provides strategic and operational leadership to plan, organize and direct the daily operations in accordance with regulatory guidelines and standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning: Participate in ESC Strategic Planning Committee in partnership with the Board of Directors and be accountable to meeting the agreed upon metrics for monitoring success.
