The Wound Care Nurse will play a vital role in the assessment, treatment, and prevention of wounds, ensuring the highest standards of resident care. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently while collaborating closely with the nursing leadership team. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive rounds on all facility floors to identify and monitor skin alterations. Capture and document photos of all wounds/skin changes.
