Enliven is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to service home infusion patients in Dallas, TX, and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best nursing care possible with little supervision. They will educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. Location: Acute Care Hospital Tower Shift- 12hr Days (7am-7pm) Work Hours: This program is a 7 day a week service, rotating every other weekend and rotating holidays Employment Type: Full Time Hospital at Home is an innovative program that combines in-home with remote monitoring, offering patients timely, hospital-level care in their homes. Though the list of diagnoses enrolled in Hospital at Home continues to expand, common disease states include acute pneumonia, cellulitis, COVID-19, urinary tract infection, dehydration, or exacerbations of chronic conditions, such as heart failure or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. For many patients, the program provides an alternative to the traditional hospital setting and results in improved patient outcomes and satisfaction. The Hospital at Home team is looking for motivated nurses with critical thinking skills, acute care experience, and an interest in serving the Parkland community. Role Summary : DaVita is seeking a Dialysis Experienced Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Requirements 12 + months RN experience, including 6+ months Dialysis Experience with patient interaction in the last year Current RN license and CPR certification Charge RN readiness approval required ADN required ; BSN preferred ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred CNN/CDN certification a plus Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook) Consistent, predictable schedules (typically 3 to 4 days per week) that include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery Build long-term relationships with patients and families Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match PTO and PTO cash-out Paid training and development Family and mental health support (Headspace, EAP, child/elder care) Ready to lead and make a difference? Here’s What You Need Nursing Diploma Or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire Current BLS prior to providing independent patient care required ACLS within 90 days required CPI training within 90 days of hire required One (1) year experience as a registered nurse, or completion of an RN residency program required 2+ years of strong Med/surg, Neuro or Tele RN experience in acute care setting including charge/preceptor skills preferred NIHSS within 6 months of hire preferred What You Will Do Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process Assesses the patient Plans the care of the patient Intervenes as appropriate Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care. Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for information Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers.
