Collaborate with respiratory therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Document all assessments, interventions, and care in accordance with regulatory standards. Participate in care planning, infection control, and quality assurance activities. Educate residents and families on respiratory care and overall health management. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York (required). Minimum of one (1) year of experience in ventilator and tracheostomy care (required). Prior experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab strongly preferred.
